They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We came to Jamaica to do a burial at sea for my late father. We had to get a permit to bring get his ashes through customs. Andrea was prompt and concise with her communication. Chris was waiting for us at the airport, took me to 2 places in town to pay for and obtain a permit. He even went inside with me to make sure I had what I needed. He then took us back to the airport with the permit to retrieve my Dads ashes from customs, and then he took us to our resort. It was so smooth. My husband was not in favor of any of this ahead of time, but it all went off without a hitch. I was uneasy about dealing with a company that I didn’t know was legit. I paid my deposit to a Andrea via Zelle, held my breath and hoped for the best. I can attest they are indeed legit. Professional and kind. I’m very grateful to have had their help with this very special errand.

Kevin is the man! Private driver is the way to go! Went from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios to Kingston with the same driver. Allowed up to 10 hours of driving a day, so if you wanted to see the whole island there is no other way to go. Didn't have to book any excursions in advance, we booked everything while we were already there. Like white water river rafting, the blue hole, bamboo rafting, blue mountain coffee tour, etc. These tours were all booked after we landed and ended up being cheaper since our guide was able to hook us up on the best spots! As well as taking us to great local restaurants where we got the real taste of Jamaica!

Travel Around Jamaica Tours was better than awesome! From start to finish Ms. Andrea was always professional and friendly. When communicating, she was prompt and detailed whether by email or phone. Our driver Delmar, we loved him! He exceeded our expectations every day. He was professional, friendly and funny. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the different areas of Jamaica and was overly attentive to our needs and requests. He never left our side. He even took a ton of pictures and videos whenever we requested. We felt like celebrities with our own personal bodyguard (LOL) Overall it was an Amazing experience. We will book again with Travel Around Jamaica Tours and request Delmar every time. Thanks again.

Great service when booking with Andrea and from driver. I was a disabled solo traveler on my return and my driver was so helpful, finding the wheelchair service for me. Would recommend and use again.

This was a 12 out of 10 experience, Lopez was our driver for our 4 days in Jamaica. He took us to all the touristy places and the off the beaten track to other great places - nightclubs - restaurants - carry outs- shopping. Couldn't ask for a better time. Great with the baby - plus provided car seat. Took us to places that normally wouldn't allow a toddler. Toddler had great time at all of them!

Travel around Jamaica tours was wonderful! We used them for an airport transfer and our driver Rickie was great. He welcomed us and gave us a bunch of tips of dos and donts. He was waiting when we reached the airport. And going back, they were punctual and got us to the airport in a timely manner. Communication with Andrea was great as well. She responded quickly and answered all of my questions as well. Would highly recommend them!

The initial communication with Andrea was amazing! Very responsive. Andrea answered all of my questions in a timely manner no matter what time of day or night. On-point airport transfer. Garnet and Andrea were so accommodating. We were delayed by one day and they were there to greet us when we landed! On our way to our resort, Garnet stopped at a convenience store to let us buy a few items. On the way back, we were picking up friends in MBJ and we had a whole bus to ourselves! I would highly recommend them! We will for sure use them again in the future!
