Negril is a small beach resort town with a population of about 3,000 and is spread across two parishes, Westmoreland and Hanover. Negril is about a one and a half hour drive from Donald Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Located downtown in the southern part of Negril are the West End cliff resorts and the southern portion of the famous Seven Mile Beach. Located to the north are other beach resorts in the parish of Hanover.
